Storage & handling

We service the whole of the United Kingdom through our network of ports and storage assets. We are currently handling 3+Mmt of product per annum across our grains and feeds business. Our assets are strategically placed so that our logistics team can coordinate efficient deliveries to our customers.

Through targeted investments in our key deep water ports, Portland in the south & Teesport in the north, both ports will be able to handle panamax size vessels in a timely manner.  Our portside and domestic storage capacity is circa 450Kmt.

Being able to handle a single port panamax discharge at these ports will optimise efficiencies of our shipments and allow the UK business to use the Viterra network of 270+ facilities across 14 countries to its full potential.
